Cold email software for agencies

Followkite is a cold email sequencing tool that agencies use to run each client's outreach in its own workspace, from the client's own Gmail, Google Workspace or SMTP inboxes, starting at $15 per client per month. Each client gets separate inboxes, contacts, opt-out list and reports, and you can invite the client as a read-only Viewer.

14-day free trial for every client workspace, no card needed. Last updated .

How do agencies manage multiple clients in Followkite?

Create one workspace per client and switch between them from the sidebar. Nothing is shared between workspaces, so one client's contacts, opt-outs or bounce rate can never affect another's.

When you audit a client's setup, check three things are separated: sending domains and inboxes, the contact and do-not-contact lists, and reporting. In Followkite each of these belongs to exactly one workspace.

Inboxes and domains
Each client connects their own Gmail, Google Workspace or SMTP/IMAP mailboxes. Their domain's DNS is checked daily.
Contacts and opt-outs
Each workspace has its own contacts and do-not-contact list. An unsubscribe applies to every inbox in that client's workspace.
Campaigns and reports
Reply, bounce and unsubscribe rates per campaign, inbox and email, for that client only.
Billing
Each workspace has its own plan and its own invoice, so you can pass the cost straight to the client.

Can clients see their own campaign results?

Yes. Invite the client as a Viewer: they can see campaigns, reports, contacts and inboxes in their workspace, but cannot edit, launch or pause anything. Team members are unlimited on every plan.

How does Followkite protect client domains?

It paces every inbox, stops follow-ups on reply, bounce or unsubscribe, and pauses a campaign or inbox by itself when bounces pass 5% or unsubscribes pass 3% (both adjustable), so one bad list does not burn a client's domain.

  • Daily limits per inbox

Choose 1 to 500 emails a day for each inbox, with a random gap between sends. For cold email, keep new inboxes at 10 to 20 a day.

  • Automatic stops

A reply, hard bounce or unsubscribe stops that contact's sequence at once. Out-of-office replies do not.

  • Automatic pauses

Campaigns and inboxes pause on high bounce or unsubscribe rates, and the workspace pauses on spam complaints.

  • DNS and blocklists

SPF, DKIM, DMARC and MX records and domain blocklists are checked every day, and you are told when something breaks.

  • One-click unsubscribe

Every campaign email carries an unsubscribe link and the RFC 8058 headers that Google's sender guidelines require from bulk senders.

  • Addresses verified

Contacts are checked before they are emailed, so imported client lists with dead addresses cost fewer bounces.

How much does Followkite cost for an agency?

Each client workspace is billed on its own: $15, $40 or $100 a month depending on how many inboxes and emails that client needs. There is no extra agency fee on top.

Monthly cost by number of clients and plan
ClientsAll on Starter5 inboxes, 3,000 emails eachAll on Growth25 inboxes, 15,000 emails each
1$15 a month$40 a month
5$75 a month$200 a month
10$150 a month$400 a month
20$300 a month$800 a month

Paying yearly costs ten months' price for twelve months. Because the plan belongs to the workspace, each client can be on a different plan, and a client who leaves takes nothing from the others.

When another tool may cost less: some cold email platforms charge one flat fee for unlimited client workspaces. If you run 20 or more small clients and do not need separate billing per client, compare a flat-fee plan before you choose. See the full pricing.

What doesn't Followkite do for agencies?

It has no white-label branding, no inbox warm-up, no Microsoft 365 or Outlook.com inboxes, no dashboard across all client workspaces, and it does not sell contact data.

If a client needs any of these, Followkite is not the right fit for that client.

  • White-labelClients see the Followkite interface.
  • Warm-up networkNot offered; use pacing and limits instead.
  • Microsoft 365 and Outlook.comNot supported yet.
  • Cross-client dashboardSwitch workspaces to see each client.

How do I set up a new client in Followkite?

Create a workspace named after the client, connect their inboxes, add their domain, import their list, then invite them as a Viewer. It takes about 15 minutes per client.

  1. Create the workspace from the workspace menu, named after the client.
  2. Add the client's sending domain on the Domains page and fix any SPF, DKIM or DMARC record it flags. The setup guide shows each record.
  3. Connect the client's inboxes with Google sign-in or SMTP/IMAP settings, and set a daily limit for each.
  4. Import and verify the list from CSV. Add the client's existing customers and competitors to Do not contact.
  5. Write the sequence, or start from our agency cold email templates.
  6. Invite the client as a Viewer and, if they want, connect Slack for interested-lead alerts.

Agency questions

Is Followkite good cold email software for agencies?

Followkite suits agencies that want each client fully separated: every client gets its own workspace with its own inboxes, contacts, do-not-contact list, campaigns, reports and billing, and the client can be invited as a read-only Viewer. Plans start at $15 per client a month. It does not offer white-label branding, inbox warm-up or Microsoft 365 inboxes.

How much does Followkite cost for an agency?

Each client workspace has its own plan: Starter $15, Growth $40 or Scale $100 a month. Ten clients on Starter cost $150 a month. Most agencies pass the cost through to each client. There is no single agency plan that covers many workspaces yet.

Does Followkite offer white-label?

No. Followkite does not offer custom branding, custom domains for the app or a branded client portal. Clients who sign in as Viewers see the Followkite interface with their own campaigns and reports.

Can my client see their campaign results without changing anything?

Yes. Invite the client to their workspace with the Viewer role. Viewers can see campaigns, reports, contacts, inboxes and domains, but cannot edit, launch, pause or delete anything.

Does every client workspace get a free trial?

Yes. Every new workspace starts with a 14-day free trial with Starter limits and every feature, and no card is needed.

Can I hand a workspace over to the client later?

Yes. A workspace can have more than one Owner. Add the client as an Owner, and once they have taken over billing you can lower your own role or leave the workspace.

Does Followkite warm up client inboxes?

No. Followkite does not run a warm-up network. It protects client domains with per-inbox daily limits, random gaps between emails, automatic stops on reply, bounce or unsubscribe, automatic pauses when bounce or unsubscribe rates rise, and daily SPF, DKIM, DMARC and blocklist checks.

Which client inboxes can I connect?

Gmail and Google Workspace accounts through Google sign-in, and any domain mailbox with SMTP and IMAP, such as Zoho Mail, Hostinger, Namecheap Private Email or a cPanel host. Microsoft 365 and Outlook.com are not supported yet.
