Pricing questions
How much does Followkite cost?
Starter is $29 a month, Growth is $59 a month and Scale is $129 a month, in US dollars. Paying yearly costs ten months’ price for twelve months: $290, $590 and $1,290 a year.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Every new workspace gets a 14-day free trial with Starter limits and every feature, including webhooks. No card is needed to start.
What happens when the free trial ends?
Campaign sending pauses until you choose a plan. Nothing is deleted: your inboxes, contacts, campaigns and replies stay as they are, test emails and replies from the Unibox still send, and campaigns continue where they stopped once a plan is active.
What counts toward the monthly email limit?
Only campaign emails: the first email and follow-ups that Followkite sends to your contacts. Test emails and replies you write in the Unibox do not count. The allowance resets on the first day of each month (UTC).
What happens if I reach a plan limit?
Followkite stops at the limit instead of charging more. Campaign emails wait until the next month or until you upgrade, new contacts beyond the limit are skipped during import, and connecting more inboxes than the plan allows is blocked. The Billing page shows how much of each limit you have used.
Do plans limit team members?
No. Every plan includes unlimited team members with Owner, Admin, Manager and Viewer roles.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes, at any time from the Billing page in your workspace. When you cancel, the plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. If a payment fails, sending continues for 7 days while it is retried.
Does any plan include inbox warm-up or email lists?
No. Followkite sends from inboxes you own to contacts you import. It does not sell contact data or run a warm-up network; it protects sender reputation with daily limits, random gaps between emails and automatic stops on bounces and unsubscribes.
